Thanks for posting this as I have been watching it (for the third time!) with a view to buy if the price stayed low enough.

@Stickyfinger, I pm'd you my email but have not heard anything about the V6 from the other gent. Just checking to see if you received my message?

Cheers,

Paul

Thanks for the messages - brought it back now! All good, drives well, good power (little more thirsty than I thought, but who cares!)

Suspension is great - although I am not sure what the Hydractive Control Switch actually does (turned off and on seems to have very little difference?)

Very happy overall, no issues driving from Colchester to Surrey!

Yes, so many posts. I am going to do a record of all the previous owners after looking after different posts, last time I counted, I think it has been around 5 times here.

Glad you are happy with it and it’s still driving well. She does like a drink, I struggled to get much more than early 20’s mpg, stopped counting eventually lol. If it still has the nexen tyres on the front, beware in the wet! Not good traction!

Oh, will do, thanks. Yes Nexen in front and Pirelli in the back (I think)...I have to say, I am so surprised by how small the glove box is...

Yes, pathetic isn't it

Just big enough for a pair of summer cycling mitts... But only if you have small hands...

She's definitely been round the block! Just had the aircon regassed - now nice and cold.

Can't help but feel the tire roar is quite loud...it's not connected to the rev and only increases with speed (even when doing 50 mph with clutch depressed). Is this to do with the Activa geometry to get the most out of the grip?
