Chassis number? Do you mean RPO? Your RPO is 9425 if that's what Lexia is asking for when you connect up.
The issue you are going to have is that the engine ECU has a code that has to be matched with the 'Code Unit'. So a donor 'Code Unit' won't work as it has a different code stored in it and the engine ECU will therefore not authorise starting.

Re: Transponder codeing
Marc..... when I connect lexia it asks for chassis number not RPO
Lexia asked for the 5 number password from the key card when I go to programming
it has never asked for the RPO number as it is only four numbers
The ecu all have there matching "Code units" when I change the ecu I also change the code unit too
All work with the accelerater pedal coding with there own key card numbers

Re: Transponder codeing
Ok, so the Chassis number should be the VIN - normally this is auto-detected, but on some vehicles you need to enter it manually if it cannot detect it.
So from the initial vehicle selection screen, select relay II, then try entering the VIN if asked for the chassis number.
If you have to select a body type it is: LONG HIGH SIDE STD ROOF TYPE 18 for your Relay II, with 2.2 HDi (DW12UTED) engine, but I don't think it will ask for all this - just in case, being a commercial.
