Well. This one went for only £400 http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/251962041405" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Only one bidder, looks like a great bargain when you consider what has been changed recently including, clutch!

Strange that mine closed only a few weeks before and had 6 bidders and not as well specled out, ie., I don't have leather or air con...I wonder what put buyers off?

Good luck to the new buyer, I'd say you got a great car from the looks of it.

I think the Chelsea badge put off some people.

Personally I prefer yours. I don't think xantia leather is comfortable and air con on the performance variant of a car? Loads will disagree, but thats what I think.

Shill bid if you ask me .... see it all the time. Wait for it to miraculously reappear.

Thank you, I do too but I am biased :-D .

Are Activas for sale often then? I only decided I wanted one in April when I saw them and got chatting to a few owners at the X Rally... Randomly searched for one on ebay and bought her on a whim, I am really glad I did as it's time I sold/ retired my XM estate.. The XM is petrol and manual (many are autos) if anyone is looking for one... 2.0 non turbo 16V. Best load carrier I know of apart from a CX estate.

According to How Many Left, there are only 77 Activas still in existence in the UK, 31 taxed, 46 SORNed. I have just checked;

out of date, it does not show 1 x 3.0 V6 Activa.......yet

and more are SORN than are registered ?....what that about ?

And if you are new to the UK.....take care and get your car registered or your easy meat for the \Cops and their ANPR

Interesting thanks. May not be accurate but gives an idea of low numbers out there. Really makes me wonder why they achieve such a low sale price...

So much car for the money...

Sadly that is true.... But with enthusiasm comes a following, people are already working out how to fix leaky rams, create access panels to get to badly located unions :wink: etc.... Ultimately these cars are great or we wouldn't bother owning them.... :)
