What is my C5 worth?

Hardly any trouble with my Accord.
Two back boxes - a ten minute job each time and a radiator, a half hour job (I work very slowly).
And a headlight bulb, a two minute job, unlike the C5

I had an '88 Accord from 2000 to 2005, it had problems with rust around the windscreen and sunroof (apparently a common issue with that era Accord) but boy was it reliable mechanically.

I think I did a couple of suspension balljoints on the rear suspension, tyres, a couple of oil/filter/coolant changes, a few interior bulbs and that was it for 5 years - never a problem with the engine, never a problem with the gearbox, never any electrical problems. I knew nothing about the engine because I never once had to touch it, not even plugs. It just went and went and went. Probably the most reliable car I've owned.

Ironically my first Xantia (a 1997 S1) which I owned from 2005-2009 was also extremely reliable. Although I battled with the air bubbles in the hydraulic system issue (which just made the ride intermittently a bit harsh) the car was otherwise impeccably reliable and never let me down in four years of ownership despite being thrashed and taking it on many long trips. So not all French cars are unreliable either...

My first Xantia, and my Activa were 100% reliable until they got crashed!

Washer bottle motor packed up yesterday, how annoying!

Also has MOT till 21st September and Tax till end of April next year!
