C5 to XM good or bad?

Yep, coming up 204,000, I have seen them with over 300,000 and there was a 2.0Hdi C5 on ebay last week with 402,000 on it and it still looked quite nice. I'm sold on the Hdi engine now Paul ...or at least the 2.0L 8 valve version.

The bad side, is when Air Bag lights start playing up come MOT time... They ARE an MOT item now and need to work!

Would this be the passenger air bag your meaning Paul?

If so its a fairly easy fix as its usually just a bad connection under the passenger side carpet.

I had it one one of mine and it took me ten minutes to fix, I simply cleaned up the contacts and it never showed its message again.
