Rob Draper on the CCC Forum, under the Xantia section wrote:Dear Xantists,

I have been asked by Colin to extend a special invite to you to the CXM rally.

So, 'Please come to the CXM Rally'!

I realise that there is little specific model support for the Xantia and that in recent years there has been an increasing number of Xantias attending the CXM Rally.

If anyone fancies doing a specialist Xantia bit by way of concours or technical talks this would be great.

Now the catch!

I am still looking for volunteers to help run the rally. This can be an hour on the gate or selling raffle tickets etc. The more help the more time everyone else gets to enjoy the rally activities.

If you are feeling public spirited or keen to raise the xantia profile give me a ring (my number is in the mag under the CX section) or send me a PM.

I've just had an expensive time. £350 for a couple of new pairs of glasses.

still hoping to make this, the steering rack is off the xm im just waiting for the rain to stop to get the new one on, then it needs to get a new ticket in 2 weeks and im ready, or i tax the curry house and take that...........must finninsh the kitchen first though or swmbo (alrady mildy annoyed by the Activa will flip.

It looks like ill have to work this Sunday

So i wont be able to make the weekend.

Im thinking about going down just for the Saturday, any one know if there will be much of a turn out on the Saturday?

That's a bit of a shame Chris

Normally, the turnout on Saturday is generally very good and worth the trip down.

A lot of the "regulars" will be there

Ill try and make it on the Saturday, it will be a long day, 450 miles or so, but id really like to go. If i do come it will be me and my dad, so at least we can share the driving.
