That's disgraceful Dean :evil:

It's a despicable practice and should be outlawed forthwith.

I cannot imagine how much needless suffering and bad feeling it causes and ultimately, unless you do as your dad did, results in more and more work for the lawyers.

Good for them perhaps but the sooner they sink back to the bottom of their slimy pond where they belong, the better :twisted:

Trouble is, I guess space is tight there; it being filled with bankers, politicians, used car salesmen, estate agents, IT consultants, Audi drivers etc. etc.

If it's not a genuine claim then you'll find it's already illegal. :wink:

The trouble is the insurance companies have a history of not fighting these cases on the grounds that it's cheaper for us to pay out to low life scumbags who think it's OK to tell a few porkie pies where insurance is concerned.

It's the insurance company who should be legally obliged to stand up for it's paying customer IMO.
