Joking aside that's a good point as far as parking in the main field due to space limitations. Provided you arrive by say 11am Sunday morning you should be able to park in the main field otherwise it'll mean parking in the car park/field at the back of the pub next door, obviously DS's/SM's have priority.

As an incentive to arrive early the club is offering a full English breakfast until about 10am.

The brekkie won't be free (still cheap) but if you are camping there's a three course meal evening meal laid on for Saturday of goats cheese, Beef Bourguignon, Pancetta and wine followed by a dessert of some kind all in for about £10 :D

I'll not be camping as I live so near to the venue and also, we've just sold our caravan but the food is tempting me to stay late and return early :D

Looking forward to this event. It promises to be a real good 'un.

I must resist any temptation to buy an SM though as much as I'd really love to have one...

Maintaining an SM would make your auto gearbox rebuild akin to working on a Morris Minor

Take one look under the bonnet of an SM at the V6 Maserati engine complete with the A/C compressor on top of the engine facing backwards running from a shaft and you'll see what I mean, they make my DS EFi look 'normal', well almost

For 35 squid (including a fiver for initial joining) its very good value and well worth joining. I recieved my welcome pack last week which included a car sticker, tax disk holder, 150 page (yes 150  ) monthly magazine :D and it all looks very professional!
Oh, and of course there are many member benefits (10% off at GSF, cheaper travel to France and many many more useful bits and pieces :D )

By the way DickieG, very interesting article in the February issue

Great to hear you've joined the CCC Kev.

It's a really good little magazine and I always look forward to it dropping through the letterbox :D

I do rather like the often thought provoking articles by Julian Marsh It's billed as an occasional article but this past year they've neen very regular!

  Provision for double the amout of tea you originally planned to get in and you'll be about right

One of my wormates makes me look live a rank novice in the tea drinking stakes; his cup is never cold
