I used to have a CX that could do the opposite and unlock itself (central locking) without warning. We disconnected it before it got itself pinched, but one day when doing another job on it, we had cause to remove the central locking activating PCB behind the ashtray area and sure enough, there was a great burn mark fair in the guts of it where water had dripped and shorted the circuit board, so I would suspect this could be a feasible explanation.tim leech wrote:Sounds to me as if water has got in somewhere as I dont use the doorlocks, I always use the plip.
