Back in the days when we had 'proper' famous people and the word 'celebrity' was as yet unknown...

Assume it is in regular use; G plate I think (68/69). Hard to believe just how small it is!

Never heard of them apart from the 2 Stroke noise that I heard. It didn't have a reg on the front wheel guard so was post war, definitely a trials bike just can't find a photo of it. It had a single exhaust pipe on its right hand side roughly as long as the rear wheel. I'm hoping it's local so I can get some photos

It's a BSA Sport Star (C15)

Not quite as good a name as the Starfire or the Barracuda

It must be a real treat for them to park that in an underground car park. Absolutely no opportunities for things to get awkward as far as I can see. :^o

On my way home the other day I was lucky enough to come up behind my all time favourite car in my favourite colour scheme in its natural habitat. I was even able to exchange a greeting with a toot as we went our separate ways! There's even a bit of Talksport waffle to keep the interest :-D

A few months ago it was an ugly dog with peeling paint and a home fitted body kit pop riveted on in a very haphazard way.

I introduced the guy to an old friend who took it in hand, repaired the mess and repainted it, this is the result.

Can't find the original picture from this post but after sitting on grandma's drive for around three years unused the yellow peril has finally gone on it's way, I think the owner gave up after spending thousands on it.
