Just hideous. Morgan originals?

As I walked past this it stopped me in my tracks, and out came the camera.

That qualifies as being "interesting" in my book.

More of what on earth is that, dont think I'm that keen on it, odd looking lights.

Not intended as a sctatch your head whatsthisthen even left the badge on, and it looks like what it is, but don't think I have seen one quite like that before.

Its a Morgan Aero 8 (2009) 4799 cc British as Sauerkraut V8 Engine, quite a novelty, never seen one before.

So Morgan went German V8, after years of Rover.
170mph sounds decidedly hairy, in something with token suspension, and weighing hardly more than a BX , but a good bit more than they once did.

The Leaf headlights could have a colour coded wrap applied to them to give a more rounded top cowl.

The closest the Aero 8 came to receiving what you might call a facelift was in 2005, when the Series 3 was launched with Mini headlights in place of the previous New Beetle items, giving it a more conventionally styled visage without compromising on its retro appeal.

If I remember correctly the Morgan change was from a ' new-boy ' trying to keep up (catch up) with the times.

The streamline effect of those is surely defeated by the four extra driving lamps stuck on the front.

The answer is here...intelligent headlights of course, but be prepared to take out a mortgage if you inadverently happen to smash one.

Headlights have moved well into the "solving a problem that didn't really need solving" technology. Can't imagine anyone will be able to stand the full 10 minutes of this. If this technology works you should never be blinded by a BMW with its headlights on full beam, and its "dumb" driver will not even have to flick a switch because the lights are "intelligent" and not just a "pretty face" (sarcasm emoticon)



Saying that electric windows were always in that category for me, but I spent a good few seconds today looking for the electric windows switch in a newish VW van, only to find it still had manual window winders. Primitive or what

Unless I'm really losing it I would say that was Windsor Castle in the background so that would put the car in Thames Street Windsor!!
