Basically that is saying that the company has an individual contract of employment with each employee and has not made any arrangements with a group of employees represented by an organised body, such as a trade union. Furthermore they do not and will not recognise any 'representative body' for that purpose. Hope that helps!!

Something is telling me thats not possible. I remember useless stuff but it's me, that's who I am. A simple mirror would work. I'm intrigued as to why it was never spotted before!!!
