Friday is our Family evening for getting a take-away and watching a film/tv show (with our 8 year old).. Today we watched a couple of "Wizards vs Aliens" episodes... and what should appear?

I don't know, in the film it looked like the Unimog bounced over the XM without hitting it. Lets hope eh!

Actually it did. This was discussed over on Club-XM and it did in fact escape unscathed..

None of us approved of the wheels...

We're watching Jean Claude Van Dammit in The Order. There's a car chase involving a DS and a Merc. It's painful to watch.

Boule et Bill

This is based on the characters in a childrens comic.

More information on it here.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Boule_et_Bill" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Behind the scenes video here...............

" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

So the above link is for the behind the scenes story about how they did the film.
Although please note, it is in French no subtitles.

I managed to see the film they made of it, because I noticed it on Love Film, which we are trying out, at a small cost on special offer. So I noticed the Dersh on the cover they show on the L/Film service, and thought I would try it out.

This turned out to be worth it, because it is set in 1973, and features lots of French cars from that period, Dersh, DS, etc etc there are loads of cars to see, and it was subtitled into English, so yes it's a childrens film, it plays out in a Mr Bean way, so it's fun to watch for the kids, and us petrolheads.

Also Marina Fois who plays the mother is also worth checking out!

I also found it here on Amazon.............

http://www.amazon.co.uk/Boule-Bill-DVD- ... e+and+bill" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

The DVD does have subtitles in English.

I just watched one that was subtitled!

In Swedish :)

didn't realise it was subtitled until about half an hour in.

You have to register for some of them although there doesn't seem to be any logic about which.

Site is Swefilmer.
