Could have been an MG. White and the badge was indistinct and only visible very briefly.

A green flash might be useful for crossing the bridges on the Tyne, although the number plate might give the game away.

Got an email this morning from Bristol Street Motors inviting me to upgrade.
Just out of curiosity had a look through their used car offerings, they had a Zoe with the same mileage as mine but a year older for just short of nine grand
Makes my three grand car look very cheap :) the only difference is the colour.

Grey Kia Niro, a similar looking black box, an enormous Toyota hybrid monster and a Tesla Model 3 charging.
Chucking it down so no photo's.

Speaking of monstrosities, my eldest turned up last night in his new car. Gone from a Seat Leon Cupra to a Ford Ranger. Said the F150 was too many £s more than the Ranger to be interesting. Saw him drive into the main village road, more light than a lighthouse, surely illegal.

Despite Tesco now taking payment for charging at their pod-point chargers they were all occupied yesterday, two Zoes a VW and two more I never took enough notice of.
Couldn't get on the app to 'confirm' my charge, phone kept saying no network but that first fifteen minutes free still works so I let it run for fifteen minutes while I did a bit of shopping then unplugged it plugged it in again and continued shopping, it charged free for another fifteen minutes :-D that got the range up from 22 miles to 65 miles.

Yes, that's a MG5 in Exclusive trim, Autotrader Vehicle Check seems to be able to drag up more description from time to time than the DVLA

This is the badge at the back end MG5 SW (Station wagon) EV

Couldn't see the badging, hence the DVLA enquiry. It was fairly distant. the image is zoomed a lot.
It was an estate.

Add Mr Bezos, just been here again in his electric prime van. That is a sitting duck though as it is here several times a day now. Not very well co-ordinated delivery management.

Dirty 67 reg Tesla model X, delivering, stopped in the middle of the road, as they all do.
Didn't realise it was a Tesla until he did a 3-point turn.

Two identical Amazon electric vans nose to nose delivering to a house that used to be owned by the bloke with the Amazon franchise around here. And another there now.
Which brings me to mention an unusual Amazon delivery a couple of days ago to the bloke next door.
Delivery vehicle was a Porsche Carrera.
Delivery lady was the wife of the bloke with the Amazon franchise and friends with the couple next door.
