I still love the activa, just not enough for a continued long term relationship. It's too expensive as an everyday car, and the 205 is my play car. It would be used as an everyday car if it was a poorer car, but is far too good to thrash about town with pizzas. So that's the Leon's job and the 205 for shows. I may well sell the Leon and get a citroen again, possibly a c4 or c5 for a daily, preferably auto.

The activa is back on its original alloys and all brakes checked and fluids checked, no fluids needing topped up as usual but better checking, ready for its 584 mile journey to its new owner next week. It still needs a wash and hoover out, but I still have her for a week. I've looked out the spares I have and put a set of wheels into the boot which are destined for a c5 up north for most of you, but down south for me. It's now chucking rain sideways in the wind so no photo opportunity for the 205 yet. I think I'm going to take over the rental of my daughters lock up to house the 205 in. Or maybe make the front window of the house into French doors and it would fit in the lounge, and I could turn the spare bedroom into a lounge!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!![emoji12] [emoji13] [emoji23]

I have a set of lowering springs I had bought for my last one. They are staying in the box unless it breaks a spring. I also have a genuine gti front valance and fog lights which will get painted and fitted, it's easy removable if I want back to standard and I have a set of genuine gti 14" pepperpots which will get new tyres and fitted and that's it. I did think about the gti side mouldings and arches but I don't think the colour would suit that, and that involves making holes in the bodywork, so that's a no. And of course can't forget the fcf stickers [emoji4]

Davie you have to keep it standard, it's lovely. I've always fancied an auto so how did it drive, is it 4 speed?
