To be honest it is all the fiddling about to make it a "product" that is causing delays.....I could of lashed it up and just concentrated on the replacement glass....but that is not anal enough for me :)

Unfortunately not possible. Just thinking which machine could do that. We've got lathes, mills, spark, wire, grinders, saws and things I have forgotten. Not sure if a mill would be able to do that first then cut out the rest on the jet washer. I'll be asking questions in Milling tomorrow.

NP, it can be done with Dots & Dash cuts, strength is not needed

:) Dots and Dashes is easy. Not involving milling is good too as I can operate the flowjet (made a stainless scratch plate for my guitar to learn). The only reason I won't have access after December by the way is I'm probably changing job and company. It's not because they are bad to me but they don't pay enough to run my new V6 and I've had a decent offer elsewhere. If you would like production arranged later I'll introduce you to the company as a friend. With the sort of projects you get into they could be a good contact.

I'll tell you tomorrow, it's a 2d one. Suffering memory loss today after a weekend in London.

Dxf file type please. Got a broken hass today so might be checking stock tomorrow. Looking bleak for the little hass right now, multiple boards expired.

Ouch  Hope you're back fighting fit very soon Alasdair [-o<

I've been in a bit of pain myself this week. Took a corker of a punch to the ribs during some very intense and spirited karate training on Sunday and I can still feel it now...

It's been bad enough to stop me swimming for a few days and has made running a bit uncomfortable as well. To cap it all it’s been the wrong weather for cycling to work and back this week :(

The former is good but the latter - what is the world coming to when a plumber complains like that  I'm horrified and disgusted

Looking forward to a bit of leather ;) :D
