Hi Kenny, the one I have, probably faulty, is PSA part 6441S3. It also has the Siemens / Visteon number 4PUH-10456-AF.
Yours looks quite different, unfortunately. But many thanks for the offer.

No problem, for anybody PSA part number for my old blower 6441 AJ.
C5 x7 2.0 HDi 160 hp Estate exclusive, moved on.

After a lot of searching on the web, I went to Breakeryard (portal for scrapyards) and there were a few willing to supply a new blower motor from £100 upwards. So I went with the cheapest. Based on the many labels on the packaging it came from China through ebay and other companies (none being the one I dealt with) but there it is, very similar to the original, though from different tooling, the electronics board looks different but does the job. So there is a manufacturer out there making lookalike parts. It was easy to fit and all sorted.
So pleased that I took the car to the car wash to celebrate.

Well done in fixing the issue with a'new' blower motor. Maybe worth getting original checked over by good electronic engineer. Did you try running 12 volts across the blower to see if it runs at full tilt ? If I remember correctly the thick red is the supply but can't remember the earth.
