Payment came in to my bank today. Hopefully yours has as well?

Overall timeline for me:
Nov 4th - started claim
Nov 10th - accepted refund proposal
Dec 2nd - status changed on portal to claim paid
Dec 3rd - money received.

Atleast you made an account. Apparently my name on account and name on ID isn't even matching. I uploaded my driving license 7 times now.
I called stellantis they said they can't do anything
I called Peugeot they said they got nothing to do with recall letter.
After this I'm just gonna take this letter to lawyer. He will probably will do something when he gonna add his fees on to it

Similar boat here... Vauxhall Grandland X claim for snapped chain (Sep 24)

Opened account 14th October... loads of issues verifying
Claim Raised 7th Nov
Request for Further Info 11th Nov - Replied and re-issued
Offer of full compensation (Almost £4k) 24th Nov (10:29am)
3 attempts at providing IBAN and support as they rejected....
24th Nov 2:21pm seemed to accept IBAN and bank statement

Since then it has reverted to "Request under assessment by Stellantis"

Hopefully they pay out soon, its a lot of money and it would be a huge help to have it back... I wonder how long till I receive it...

Try with your passport - I struggled for ages and it eventually accepted my passport.

They rejected my payout because my garage apparently isn't approved garage. I provided all receipts of service and work done everything. Still rejected.

Sorry to hear this, can I assume it was not a Vauxhall (Or other stellantis) dealership.

PS I still have no money despite accepting their offer 45 days ago, no idea how I can chase this.

105 days - payment recieved!

Lots of chasing Vauxhall / Stellantis accross all social media / email to Jeremey Townsend the comms director at Stellantis eventualy passed me to an Executive who advised it was in query (noone ever told me) as the bank account was in my name and the V5 in my wifes, despite all the invoices for the repiar been in my name and the cirteria allowing the claim to be made by either me or her.

Finally gald to put this behind us, no more Stellantis vehicles for us.

Good to see some success here. My experiences with Stellantis have been very poor to say the least. I do have a story but not the time to tell it at the moment but I did wonder if they put half the effort they do into their half truths/ evasion/ excuses into actually caring and listening to customers surely it'd be far easier for them, would have a significant positive impact on brand value, and would ultimately result in their cars being sold for higher prices. What they do instead imho is just self defeating.
