Where are you seeing info that says Pagid are owned by EuroCarParts? That’s not the info I can see - as far as I’m aware they’re still a brand of TMD Friction (which are also Textar and Mintex, are German owned and European manufacture).
EuroCarParts have an exclusive distribution deal in the UK for Pagid, but that’s not the same as owning them.
Audura is the EuroCarParts own brand for braking, as far as I’m aware.
As for Sachs for clutches, another reputable brand for some items for sure (owned by ZF). I didn't mention them because I don’t have any personal experience with them for clutches - I’ve only had Sachs stuff for springs/dampers and… I think… steering somewhere in the distant past?

Re: Advice needed brake discs, clutch
I'm going to withdraw that, having done some more hunting. It's a little more complex. LKQ\Eurocarparts hace a UK distribution deal for Pagid components, ie, the only place you'll legitimately buy Pagid is in Eurocarparts. eBay sellers are perhaps importing from elsewhere.
HOWEVER,
The UK distribution via ECP is providing the same part numbers as their Pagid's global "Brakebook" reference guide.
To test this, looked up the same car on both systems, and both ECP and Brakebook listed T2239. While I can't find ECP listing the EAN, I'd say the odds of them bothering to provide two different grades under the same part number, EAN, etc., is slim to none.
