It's a 26A0700/PCF7961 chip.
You could just de-solder the 26A700 chip from the "307" board and re-solder it onto your flip key board.
The 26A0700 performs the IP46 transponder protocol AND the 433MHz central locking transmitter, all in the one package!

That was exactly my point! I thought the same because the chip and the rest of the parts (capacitors, resistors) looks same just the PCB board looks a bit different and of course the code inside. And so far as I understood, that chip is from NXP and can be programmed and then locked. Didn`t find so much about the software or if is possible at all to be reprogrammed.. but anyhow, maybe at some time soon the car will be moved on the market so will no bother with that, and my mate is happy for now as it is..
