Can I add a wireless charger if my car doesn't have one from the factory?

I have a 2020 DS3 crossback etense. I visited a few, all marked ultra prestige, and two white ones had the wireless charger. When I bought mine, I didn't think to check as had already test driven the others, and simply bought this based on price. Wrongly assumed it came standard on the ultra. Big mistake on my part.

Does anyone have the part numbers for these? wiring harness, charging module, floor storage compartment module, charging indicator unit.

I have the charging module, and the matt. Not sure if the others are built in on my car, or if ill need to fit them. Struggling to find details with part numbers and diagrams.

I have a garage near me that does a Diagbox service.
