C5 Aircon flap motor

Mine's RHD, although now registered in France.
I've not checked the foam seal tbh, the demister has always worked fine so I've never given it a thought.
The glove box is still out though, because I'm still waiting on that 2nd hand motor for the air distribution.
I'll stick a torch in there and see what I can see, but I won't be dismantling it any further just to check.
I fully intend to keep running this as long as possible too, IMHO, Citroen haven't built anything better since.
I bought it 11 years ago, a 1 owner car with 120k on the clock and FSH. It's done 240k now, still looks immaculate and still drives perfectly, what's not to like eh?
But then, I've owned my 2CV since 1998, they kind of become part of the family after a while.
I could be tempted by a C6 tbf, but unfortunately I need an estate car.
