I don't know where you bought your kit from, or if it is a full chip kit. But I suspect that if you paid anything under £120 ish for it, then it may not be a full-chip clone. The consequence of this is that it may not be able to talk to all the ECUs on the vehicle and that includes the additive pump - especially if this is a multiplexed additive pump.
