Well this gets even stranger, I've not looked at anything yet but with a bit of experimentation I've come to the conclusion that it doesnt do it if your foot isn't on the accelerator, I can get a bit of speed up just before a bend and then take my foot off and go round the corner quite quickly absolutely perfectly. If I do the same corner again with my foot even slightly down then it suddenly sways/pulls to the left half way round the bend.
Its a mind bender.

I think it would be worth repeating the test with traction control/ESP disabled (by pulling the fuse).
