Thinking outside of the box. There are vacuum solenoids down by the AC compressor on my RHR. If the inlet is leaking it may effect the turbo. Just a thought as you would have been down there.

Update
Bought a used head which I took the cams and hydraulic lifters from and put in my engine.
Couldn’t see any differences in my cams or the others and it didn’t make any difference.
Same slow car.
I’m short from ideas.. But..
one thing I have noticed is that someone has made a mark on the belt pulley probably when the belt has been changed before and that mark is just one step from where I lock the flywheel. Thinking if I maybe locked the flywheel in the wrong hole?! Haven’t been able to find an other hole to lock it in though.
