Re: SAGEM S2000-2A. Pin out required
Just to complete the story. Got the chance to work on the car yesterday and today. With a great deal of trepidation I cut the wiring loom and ran a fresh wire to replace the red and white 1229 wire and it started first turn of the key. 18 months it's been off the road for the lack of a wiring diagram. Thanks so much to all those who have helped but especially you Marc for coming up with the goods. Will PM you.

Hy, i have the same problem with my peugeot 206. In December i wash it and next day don't want to start, from then is like that, i change the computer but the same problem, the fuel pomp dont work, and the tester dont want to communicate with the Ecu. I read something about a red-white cable, i think the 1229, that start from the fuse box what it is in the motor compartment? The fuse number 8? If some body can help me, thank you

What did you wash your car with? If you used a pressure washer (Karcher, etc) and cleaned the engine under the bonnet then you have probably forced water into the fusebox. This could require changing the fusebox to fix.
What do you mean by changing the computer? Is this the fusebox (BSM)? Or the engine ECU perhaps? Maybe the BSI?

I wash with Karcher but Just outside, not under the bonnet. But the case of the Ecu that Sagem 2000 it was broked a few years ago, but work without problem intild them. In january i lét the car át a mecanic, hé Say hé change the Ecu, but the problem is the same, hé Say maybe a wire is broke, the Ecu dont have the 12v, i take this week home the car, i was think the Ecu is the problem, i buy one but is tha same problem. The fuel pomp dont work and the tester don't see the Ecu. I read something about wire maybe it can be broken but in the fuse box outside i find Just the fuse number 8 for the pomp and Ecu

In my case it was the red and white 1229 (although I understand these colours can change) fed from F13 at the BM34 that runs to the F2 pin of the black 32way ecu connector that had broken somewhere behind the engine.

hi, I am having a similar no start problem and found this a very interesting thread and the first accurate wiring diagram I have seen.
The earths MR L4 M4 aren't brilliant so I thought I would clean MC11 - but can't find where it is located.
Earlier I changed the crankshaft position sensor as there is no spark - I couldn't see a component 1400 on the diagram as I hoped to prove the wiring.
My basic fault code reader doesn't show any faults, and shows zero rpm when turning over which I think supports the no spark theory. The reader also shows a spark advance of -63deg.
Happy to hear your ideas.
Thanks
Gary
UPDATE
I tried to replicate the results above and found I couldn't connect BM34 16NR 3 & 13 to 32NR A4 & 32vGR F3 respectively. So perhaps the car is different to the above. It is a SAGEM 2000-2B.
I hope Marc will be prepared to work some magic and provide another wiring diagram the VIN is VF3**************[VIN obfuscated, can be read by forum staff]
