Tire pressure sensors C5 X7

Yes some of the tech was common between the C5 MK II and the C6 (AFIL, RT3/4 Units, Front / Rear Parking Assistance etc.) but the TPMS system is slightly different from what I can see. Given that actual tyre pressures were shown IIRC on the MK II - I think they were on mine, as I remember it being a step back on the X7 which only told you if the tyres were deflated, punctured or not monitored.

Also, the front and rear locating is carried out by the low frequency aerials placed in the front wheel arches, but there is a high frequency receiver near the ECU to enhance the reception from the front wheel modules due to the distance.
