Re: C5 X7 power steering pipes
Hi wheeler the vin number is on the bottom of the last page and mine is on there also but further up.
I thought vins could be seen by certain people.
I am happy to pm you if you want them.
Thanks Dan

That's not a valid VIN. I think you have some letters confused with numbers or vice versa.

Re: C5 X7 power steering pipes
Could anyone give me an insight as to what the last letter and number mean.
As the HP pipe is a straight match however the LP is slightly different as in the donor car is a V5 and mine is a H1.
So any insight into these would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

Re: C5 X7 power steering pipes
These are PSA internal part numbers - and have no meaning outside the PSA network, but they represent different variants, sizes shape, fitting etc., so essential to get the correct one for the correct vehicle. Wheeler has supplied the PSA part numbers for the correct pipes for your vehicle. So any donor pipe must come from an identical vehicle to yours to guarantee correct fitting. The H1 and V5 mean nothing in themselves apart from different part number designations.
