Did you sort it out?
I was super surprised my car has an advanced anti-vibration system like this. I guess there has been absolutely no other choice for Citroen engineers to solve it

I found these directions to dismantle and re-lubricate the damper. Just use google translator to beat the russian language.

I need to do this myself too. The vibration is sporadical, and I can feel it in idle but also when driving. It's possible that the damper is not the main reason, but maybe when stuck, unable to damp other excess vibrations.

No, I have had so much other faults to keep me busy I'm considering just to unplug it. Btw, this problem has TSB with a sound file.
