Do you have any non original electrical equipment fitted to the car eg handsfree kit, reversing sensors, different radio?
I have pulled every fuse in engine bay and under dash whilst observing amp draw with clamp meter around main battery earth lead. 12 amp drain even after everything asleep , doors shut etc. No after market equipment.
When dry no drain.
When car is driven away after rain loads of water falls from back of car. So next line of action is to try and work out where and why water is collecting. In case it is causing the short.
