No Mel, it may be similar in some regards, but diagrams are specific to vehicle, build year, engine, specific equipment and options fitted.
This is the diagram for your C4 with specific options:

Re: C4GP radio wiring
No. Factory fitted Amps have different wiring, sometimes speakers and an interface between the head unit and the amp.
On the C4 B7 with the HiFi option, the Bass loudspaker enclosure located in the rear boot right side incorporates the Equaliser unit. In addition the HiFi factory option included additional speakers.
So you cant' really retrofit one of these without replacing the wiring and fitting the additional speakers and all the kit as well as the configuration and wiring to the fuse box.
Your best option is to buy an aftermarket amplifier using a Line Out Converter (LOC) to convert the high output signals from the RD5 Head Unit to the LOC which converts these to low output prior to connecting to an amplifier. Some amps even do this for you - so it all depends, but it's a project you'd need to research first.

Re: C4GP radio wiring
According to your VIN you don't have the factory system HiFi system installed, so there's no amp or Loudspeaker unit or wiring fitted. It's a different loom and additional wiring Mel, so not sure what you are referring to regarding your amp. It's either aftermarket equipment or something else.

Re: C4GP radio wiring
Obviously I can't help you with aftermarket systems Mel as they are all different in capabilities wiring, but you can locate the speaker inputs from the diagram I provided.
