Re: Citroen C5 X7 aux belt diagram?
Thank you for torque value.
Update from my side:
Tensioner bolt is pretty easily accessible from wheel well. I undid it with 3/8" bit, extension and impact wrench, it released with first hit. Old Dayco branded tensioner appeared a bit crusty but otherwise seems fine. It has date code from 2018, probably around 45k miles on it, I assume same goes for the belt.
New tensioner (Dayco APV1114) comes unlocked so I recommend 3mm long L-shaped allen key and some carpenters pliers if you don't have REALLY small hands. It seems close but you have to reach pretty far down. For some reason it also has 17 mm bolt head for roller/tension release instead of 15 mm on old one. Roller itself is same diameter, 70 something mm.
Problems started with the belt. Alone and with tools at my disposal I couldn't put it on because you should apparently actively release the tensioner past the last hole. Both belts are nominally same length (1217 mm), but new from Contitech is visibly thicker & shorter than old Gates branded one. Right now car is rocking old belt that slips on just fine but is probably stretched and reason for squeaks & tensioner vibrations that are a bit less with new tensioner.
Dedicated tools are rather expensive so I'll probably just take it to a service station.

Re: Citroen C5 X7 aux belt diagram?
HI all,
I wanted to replace aux belt with tensioner on my C5 X7 2.0 HDi (EcoBlue) from 2016, however in all materials (manuals and videos) I found is procedure little bit different than actually on my car...
I removed right front wheel and mud shield, but under mud shield is another cover over aux belt. I was able to find that PN of it is 9807143780. It is hold on place by 2 bolts (10 mm) and 1 nut (also 10 mm). When I loose them and cover is movable it still can not be removed as there is not space for removal. It is stucked among other parts...
Do you please know what else needs to be disassembled to get access to the aux belt and its tensioner?
Thank you
