Is it kicking you out of the main forum or just the admin pages?

Also logged in as "puppet" in Chromium and it hasn't registered that post

No problems and no log-in requirement at any point for me.

Due to problems experienced by some users getting logged out of the forum and having difficulty logging back in, I have reverted the server to the previous configuration.

I have at the same time upgraded the forum application software to the latest version. I had planned to do this next week, but it was more efficient to do it now.

Apart from outage about an hour ago I've had no problems. And I still haven't had to log in!

I just had a strange minds' eye image of a server rack (with "French Car Forum" stencilled in the side) up on a four post lift, with oil being drained from the sump, replacement filters nearby on the bench, and the mechanic getting ready (as this is a major service) with the timing bely, auxiliary belt and water pump.
