Given the mileage your DPF is near the end of serviceable life, as these generally need replacing at 241k KMs so you are near this. Other reasons can be a blocked EGR valve / inlet manifold filled with oil and carbon for examples that can all add up to issues with the emissions.

It just generic engine management, could be anything, need to get it on a diagnostic computer.
