C3 Radio not Ignition Wired !

Annika's doesn't seem to have economy mode though.
Not sure which one she has apart from 1.2 petrol.

Our C3 does Steve - detailed in our handbook on P37 under the Steering Lock - not sure if you can read it below on the right:

I'll have to ask her to check that but maybe yours is newer - I don't remember what year hers is but I would guess at a 56 reg.
She lives 100 yards from me and I rarely see her, always out doing something she would prefer not to.

Update: radio now changed back to the one it came with and Key Fob button operation instantly restored, so thanks everso guys. Still not ignition wired, but i guess this is because its not the original - if she's really keen, 'original' C3 Tuner/CD's are about £30 on the bay. Tailgate fitting for the parcel shelf and wheelarch liner (OSF) on order, future little jobs.

All C3's have been multiplexed & had economy mode since day 1.

if she's really keen, 'original' C3 Tuner/CD's are about £30 on the bay.

If you get a second had (or even brand new) original CD player you will need Lexia to program the VIN into it or you will get an annoying beep every few seconds from it.
Your aftermarket unit can be fitted no problem & working with ignition without the need for Lexia. Just need some terminals, some wire & soldering iron

Could be it has never become active when she was in the car.
Mine comes on all the time as I hate to turn the CD player off so leave the car with it running.
