Which ones? I hope that it was the last link I posted, as they look most like the ones Marc showed in the tech page. Did you check in the compatibility bit of the link? It suggests that they are suitable for the 206CC (2000 - 2010, 1.6l HDi 110HP).

I think he meant those last ones in the link James - experience has taught me not to trust the bay compatibility tables for anything as they are so inaccurate. I recently managed to get Autobulbs direct to update their database as they had the complete wrong bulbs for the C5 X7 with Xenons, including the wrong bulbs, the wrong number of lights and quoted bulbs for the wrong headlights! But back to the trim clips - the official specs also confirm that this is not the part number for the door clips on the specific model.

Bu99er! I hope they do fit, but I will (if needed) keep trying to find a suitable alternative.

I looked through my box of plastic clips and there are some used ones that are 6mm but they have the remains of plastic rings around them that would fit into 8mm holes, maybe that's what's needed i.e. a plastic insert in the door into which the clip fits.
If the op had a photo of a pattern maybe it would be easier to identify the proper part...............and maybe they'd be in my box of goodies. :)
