Unless the car is configured to automatically lock and not unlock the passenger door...

Sure - if that was an option on the C1, but the default setting is to open all doors, so would have to of been changed.

Update .. all sorted. Doorcard lifted a little and sprayed a LOT of white grease in. Door button now moving slightly beter but enough to get her a pass on a free retest [emoji3] I'm convinced the tester could have opened the door if he wanted to but think they were fishing for extra work as they said they'd be able to strip the door if she wanted it done !!
