Finally fixed my car! Big thank you to everyone who helped me especially @GiveMeABreak lesson learned when changing gearbox on a Picasso don't fri ecu on battery terminals! Only other minor problem is new ecu put 30k on clock

Nice one Sean, way to go. That's the trade off really, it will always go to the higher mileage between dash record and BSI. Just keep old vin no. and mileage in log book somewhere and date new vin was changed with starting mileage for new vin. Should clear up any issues in future. Don't think you need to inform DVLA because engine has not been changed. :-D
