C5 LCD Screen wanted

Peugeot use the screen too!! It will be a common psa parts item..

I saw a few on ebay uk and im sure one was only 30 quid

I dont think the 96 number is a part number it seems to be different on all the ebay listing and I doubt very much psa would use a different one each time.

If you knock off the last two digits, that is exactly the format of old Citroen part numbers though?
I.e. 96 388 794

Thanks to everyone for so much help – it turned out that the language is not Polish but Slovak. Fortunately we found someone from Czechoslovakia who talked me through the site – I had to set up an account first. Anyway the item is now ordered, and I'll await developments.

I think it could be rare because, in 2001, only a few C5 models had satnav included, and only that screen displayed satnav information. Fortunately the car still runs without the screen, but I'm missing warning messages, so it will be good to have it working again.

I'm a bit late to this thread but given that there are two items which could give you a failed screen viz: the screen itself and the infinitely more complicated display controller how did you work out which bit it was that has failed? I ask because the blue video on mine comes and goes and I would really like a way of working out which bit it is.
