Not sure, the factory max is declared as 239 km/h (in some papers it is 245 km/h), from that to 260 it is not that big of a stretch, I believe the max speed can be achieved with 5000 RPM (if I recall correctly on my car when I hit 225)

Gearing shouldnt be much of an issue on the six speed cars when chipped and pulling round the clock.
That plane? Is awesome, parking maybe an issue though !

Yup sure will... you ALL forgot about the XM v6 24v prv manual series one... at 200bhp and no weight we get 0-60 in 7.5seconds and off the clock at 155mph standard non modified too!!

And I know someone whos done it.... now was this a non moddified standard car question??
