Re: Looking for lexia program
It was noted in one of the YouTube how to's that I saw. An even better tip is to make sure your Anti Virus is off when you do the install...

A bit off topic but i still have lexia at the moment & never upgraded to diagbox. My dilemma is my interface is a pukka actia one & dont know if there is a risk of bricking the interface using a cracked copy of the software. Does anyone know if this is the case ?

I'm no expert but from what I've read the earlier Actia interfaces are just too early to update. You're probably better off doing what I'm intending to do and buy a complete later kit - already installed onto a laptop (at extra cost!) if you can justify it.
Others will be better qualified to confirm what I'm saying.

Re: Looking for lexia program
That is one of the reasons why the actia kits were 'leased' by the dealers - they have a certain life span, then were returned and new kits issued under a new agreement that included updates to the software. There is always a risk in trying to update an older interface. We know that newer versions of Diagbox require later firmware revisions to work with some models. Updating an older interface with a newer firmware could result in unexpected problems - although I cannot confirm this on a 'pukka' kit.wheeler wrote:A bit off topic but i still have lexia at the moment & never upgraded to diagbox.
