Great if that's the case, although I read that is wasn't. I have no experience of trying though. There may be many older ones with a similar problem though - don't see many of the 2002-2003 C3s about anymore, and this is the sort of fault which would get them scrapped.

Sorry to bump an ancient thread, but did anything ever come of this? My car started doing the same thing with the braking system/abs/airbag/seat belt lights. also same with speedo and power steering. It happened on a Thursday and then a following Thursday. Waiting for it to fault again so I can take it back to the garage as they couldn't see anything on the initial diagnostic investigation (at the time of the investigation the issue wasn't happening)
