You could make it up with the blingy blue hose - fluoropolymer lined silicone hose - and aluminium joiners with the single use squeeze clamps.

If you want to DIY it something like this would be ok for routing the pipe:-

I managed to get 11mm pipe on an 11mm and 13mm spigot with no adaptors, it takes a bit of a shove but it goes on easily enough!
