That only leaves 3 then, bearing not seated on the arm properly. Very easy to do as they are only tiny little retaining clips.

another thought
did you re/fit the clutch actuator arm back onto the fork spindle in the same orientation it came off from/in?????
at least if this is the case you wont need to drop the box off to fix it

yup and also changed ot for a known working 1.
ive just been trying to avoid pulling the box as they seem to be a bitch on these.
