Cheers all.

The click from the door solenoid went away when I pulled the indicator relay and pushed it back in. I also fiddled with 1 relay in the engine bay. Possibly coincidental but you never know.

Wires in door shut are all good. Car has only done 108000 now.

I pulled out the passenger side electric window switch and plugged it back in this afternoon and now there's no clicking
