Hi, I await to be corrected but Mk1 towbars won't be euro whatever compliant whilst the Mk 2 will, check the prices on towsure etc. to confirm the difference. Euro compliant towbars have a gold towball.

Screw euro, so long as it fits! I'm after another Xantia and want to use the good bits off mine to get the new car as I want it, good alloy wheels, tow bar and decent interior.
