No? If you analyse where I spent most of my time at the National it was amongst the XMs...

I nearly made an offer there and then on that maroon Turbo CT...

It was inevitable really, especially after a drive in Will's 2.1TD...

Talking of that car - peculiarly, it lives about 600 yards around the corner from me! Never seen it once! :?

No not yet. Next week sometime. Low price necessarily equals slowish delivery...

Are you upsizing your motoring requirements?

Will you still own Activa's?

Here's one of them with a plate that seems appropriate for you!

Hopefully OK as the site works like eBay in reverse. You have to leave feedback on the firm you used.

The one who's offered to do my job has some good feedback. Any jokers in the pack will be weeded I imagine. I've used a firm via Shiply before with no issues.

Yes, Brady :D It is, sort of. Timing on the part of the seller was excellent!

Oh yes, there's no chance of me giving up the Activa, no way! The XM is just an interest project for me.

In fact I nearly went to look at the Activa in the link as it's fairly local, intending it to be a potential Activa V6. Just before I made the call the XM came up for offer and the V6 Activa project is now on hold for a while...

That TCT is a bit of a well used example.

The TD though, thats a nice car, I could fancy that.

As I said over on Club-XM, congratulations on the purchase Jim, I bet you can't wait to get stuck into it 8-)

I can see you'll end up back in Oz, Jim. No point having these luxobarges and a countryful of congested highways. :P

If I could Adam, I'd be back there tomorrow

Just think, I could be the only Citroen owner in Darwin - possibly

Actually, I could also settle quite happily in TAS as well...

Funnily enough, only a couple of days ago Robyn asked me when I'm taking her to see where she was born. Trouble is if I once stepped again on Aussie soil I don't think I'd leave. I regret leaving the last time :(

Yep :D There's been a few hiccups but it's all on target to collect the car on Wednesday and delivering it to me soon after...

Despite the ad featuring a 7.5 ton tilt bed lorry, the haulier is using an artic for this job which should be fun at this end  At the other end, special arrangements have already been made to get the car to a point where it can be loaded onto the artic.

Forget now what you call them down your way Adam. The Yanks call what we call an artic a semi... Imagine a road train with just one trailer on it and you have an artic... Short for Articulated Lorry, lorry being a British English word for truck... But you know that of course, on account of you speaking proper British English and not the parochial English the Yanks speak

A car transporter artic can be bloody massive...
