Changing Xantia Hydractive Spheres

Thanks for the advice Jim.

The one on the Activa was showing 5.4 ohms resistance where as the one on the HDi was showing 0.4 ohms resistance.

Problem I've now got is the electrovalve I've swapped onto the HDi is dripping!

I noticed an o ring in there so am gonna get a couple from Citroen. I also need to source one for the Activa.

Robert... If you do break the Activa I'll take one from you! Apparently they are only the same as late XM's.

David,

The O ring you need for the electrovalve is not available as a distinct part from Citroen. However, the O rings that sit under the 6 piston caps (the ones with the Torx head on them) on a hydraulic pump are the same size and will subsittute...

I can post the part number later...

Many thanks for that! I've got some of those o rings that I bought to refurb a pump.

Found out it was only one leaking so didn't bother to change the rest!
