Oh, I dont envy that trip Vince, Oldham to London on a Friday evening, might take a little while!

Well My Activa is just about ready for the trip down to Milton Keynes tomorrow evening after work. Its now spotless inside, all the levels checked, tyres done, new spark plugs in and the tank is brimmed with Shells finest.
First time ive brimmed the tank in the Xantia and its shocked at the idea of having a full tank, the needle has passed full and is stuck on the surround of the grey gauge  Everytime I stop the car I have to tap it to bring it to rest, I hope it recovers

Just considering washing the car or not, rain is forecast for my trip down and its not really all that dirty but I feel I should do really.

Enjoy the rally chaps! I do hope that the weather stays dry this weekend as it is forecasting rain :(

Looking at the forecast that's quite an understatement, Sunday's forecast to be a washout so my DS will be staying tucked up in the garage this weekend :(

Im sure I will Jim, even if the weather is a bit soggy :(

Not sure with the MPG mind, if I got 32ish I would be very happy with it.

I best go pack some winter gear

Well Longest in this Xantia as its not my usual choice of cruiser and I've not had it very long.

I think my longest drive in a day has been 750 miles, so still well short of your record!
