Activa Boost Controller.

On the Activa there are two blanked off spigots about 2" wide, one off the side of the inlet pipe just after the air filter box, and the other facing forward in the middle of the post turbo pipe along the top of the engine at the back.
Obviously the one along the back is the high pressure while the one by the filter box is the low pressure, so a dump valve needs to come off the one along the back.
I teed my recirc valve off one of the vacuum pipes, but there are plenty of capped spigots you can use. The 406 TCT which is factory fitted with a recirc valve gets it's control from one of these.

I put a bailey dv24 dump valve on my activa and it hardly does anything unless there is high humdity i.e high atmospheric pressure

Then i foundout that the Activa already has a re-circuling bosch dump valve nearer the wastegate that needs co be blanked off before the atmospheric one will work properly.

I could be wrong but that is what i found in my research.

High humidity ia different to atmospheric pressure.

The Activa does not have a dump valve as standard, the Bailey dump valve needs a good strong vacuum to open it, thats part of your problem, also they dont run that much boost as standard. There really is little point having one, i had a re-circ and an ATMO and if anything they made it slower between the gears.
